Grease the paper and set aside.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and milk until combined. Add the flour and salt. Beat in the eggs until blended.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Pour the egg mixture into the prepared pan and bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Remove from the oven and spread the Dijon mustard over the top. Then evenly sprinkle the cheese and ham over the top.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Starting from the short side, carefully roll the omelette, peeling the parchment paper back as you roll.
